Pricing

We accept payment by CASH, VISA, MASTERCARD and EFTPOS.

A surcharge of 1.58% will be charged for Master credit cards, and a 1.60% will be charged for Visa credit cards..

  • All prices are inclusive of GST.
  • Chargers are based on the number of calendar days a pet is boarded.
  • Please be advised that no discounts will be given during Christmas, Easter & school holidays.
  • Please note that only one applicable discount will be given at a time.

Doggy Day Care

  • Day Care (any size dog) $27.00 Per Day
  • Each Additional Dog $23.00 Per Day

Hydro Bath

  • Hydro bath: Dog boarding more than 5 days No Charge
  • Hydro bath: Dogs staying less than 5 days Small Dog $15.00
  • Large Dog $20.00

Hydrotherapy Pool Sessions

  • 15 Minutes session per dog $15
  • Doggy daycare + 15 Minutes session per dog $40

Dog Health Needs

  • Simple medication: giving medicine supplied by owner No Charge

Booking & Deposit Policy

* A 50% deposit is required to secure bookings during Christmas, New Year, Easter, School Holidays, and other peak periods.
* Long-term bookings (10 nights or more) require a 30% deposit.
* Deposits are non-refundable. However, if you need to cancel, your deposit may be held as a credit for a future stay at Dogz and Catz Retreat (subject to availability).
* Credits are valid for 4 months from the original booking date.
* Please note that no discounts apply during Christmas, Easter, or School Holiday periods.

This policy helps us manage availability fairly during our busiest times and ensures the best care for all our guests.
