A 50% deposit is required to secure bookings during Christmas, New Year, Easter, school holidays, and other peak periods.
Bookings of 10 nights or more require a 30% deposit to secure the reservation.
Deposits are non-refundable. When a booking is cancelled, the deposit may be held as credit for a future stay, subject to availability.
Booking credits remain valid for four months from the original booking date.
No discounts apply during Christmas, Easter, school holidays, or other nominated peak periods.
Charges are calculated based on the number of calendar days your pet is boarded.
We accept payment by cash, Visa, Mastercard, and EFTPOS. All listed prices are inclusive of GST.
