He’s been coming here since January and absolutely loves it—we have to whisper the word ‘daycare’ at home now or he’ll run straight to the car. Cannot praise you all enough. Second visit for Scout our rescue grey hound. He is once again happy and relaxed after his stay. Your contact throughout was amazing to keep us up to date with our fussy boy. You go above and beyond. I was so happy to see him laying in the run with his buddies when we collected him. WOW! My Labrador recently stayed at this kennel and I have absolutely 0 complaints about Dogz and Catz Retreat. The staff were some of the nicest people ever, and the facilities were very well kept and clean. The additional services like the bush runs and hydrotherapy pool were amazing add-ons to my dog's stay and I would highly recommend these. My dog had so much fun here, so much fun that he wanted to stay for longer and refused to leave!! I recently boarded my dog at this kennel, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. The staff took excellent care of her and were clearly attentive to her needs the entire time she was there. When I picked her up, she looked happy, healthy, and well looked after. What really stood out to me was how comfortable she seemed. She was so relaxed and content that she almost didn’t want to leave with me! That really says a lot about how well the team treats the dogs in their care. It’s such a relief knowing there’s a place where my dog is safe, happy, and genuinely cared for. Our Pomeranian x has been boarding here for 10 years when we go on holiday.  Rak and her team are excellent at what they do.  Kennels are clean and smell nice, Henry always comes back home smelling lovely after having a bath before he returns which is part of the service. He is socialised with appropriate dogs his size and once we drop Henry off for his holiday, he can’t get in there quick enough. Attention to detail is excellent with medication, particular diet or morning treats.  We have always received our dog bed and blanket or whatever we have dropped off with Henry.
